Our Team
Brad Kelly is a trained Restorative Practice specialist who has been involved in this work for many years. He has dedicated his efforts to working with school districts in Iowa and Missouri, as well as in social work environments in California, focusing on restorative justice practices that foster healing and understanding.
CRT Restorative Processes
Founded in 2024 by Brad Kelly, CRT is a certified Restorative program based in Iowa City, IA. We envision a society where restorative practices are integral to everyday interactions, creating a foundation of trust and inclusive relationships. By fostering connections and addressing conflicts with empathy, we strive to transform lives, strengthen communities, and inspire positive change for future generations.
